Alan (Al) Nugent brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic management, technology excellence and innovation in global enterprises to his role as Mzinga’s Chief Executive Officer. He is widely recognized as an industry visionary and innovator in introducing emerging technology solutions for business to the market.
Prior to Mzinga, Nugent served as executive vice president and CTO at CA Technologies, where he drove the strategic technology direction and delivery of the entire CA product portfolio. Earlier in his career, Nugent was senior vice president and CTO of Novell, where he led the company’s moves into open source and identity-driven computing solutions. Prior to Novell, he was executive vice president, CTO, and CPO of Vectant, Inc.; senior vice president, CTO, and CIO at MunichRe/American Re; senior vice president and CTO at Xerox Corporation; and chief technologist and software architect for BellSouth Corporation. During the 1980s, Nugent founded three successful technology startups.

Mike Angiletta serves as President of Online Marketing Connect, the company behind leading online marketing education properties including the Online Marketing Summit, the Online Marketing Institute and the recently launched Online Marketing Blog Network. Mike has been trailblazing in the web space since its earliest days having created the first “live blog” of a court case as well as the largest financial industry affiliate network.
Mike most recently served as VP of Marketing for D&M Holdings, a leading global holding company of high-end home electronics brands. Prior to D&M, Mike started an online advertising software company and was fortunate enough to sell it. Before that, Mike was an early employee of NextCard Internet Visa - a pioneer in the online marketing space.
